Since 1992, Restaurant Astra has been a gathering place for locals and tourists alike. Set entirely outdoors in a shaded garden, our restaurant offers a relaxed escape from the bustle of Sunny Beach — a place where you can linger over a long lunch or enjoy a leisurely dinner under the stars.
Our menu spans Bulgarian classics and international favourites, built around fresh, seasonal ingredients. From hearty soups and crisp salads to grilled fish straight from the Black Sea and tasty meat dishes, there is something for every appetite. We are open to all guests — hotel residents and walk-ins equally welcome.

Frequently asked questions
Reservations are not required for most visits — just come as you are. However, during weekends and peak summer evenings the garden fills up quickly, so we recommend calling ahead if you want to be sure of a table. For large groups, a reservation is always appreciated so we can prepare properly.
We are open every day from 09:00 to 00:00. The kitchen serves food until 23:00, so there is plenty of time for a late dinner. Drinks are available until closing time.
Yes — we serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. From 09:00 onwards you can order from the full menu, so whether you want a light morning coffee and pastry or a full cooked breakfast, we have you covered.
Absolutely. We regularly host group dinners, birthday celebrations, and other gatherings. Our garden setting is well suited for larger tables and evening events. Get in touch via our contact page or by phone and we will be happy to discuss arrangements.
Not at all — Restaurant Astra is open to everyone. The majority of our customers are visitors from outside the hotel, and we wouldn't have it any other way. If you are in Sunny Beach, you are welcome at our table.
